You arrive ready for a 12 hr Nights schedule, focused on keeping production running smoothly. From the first walk-through to the last log entry, you’re the go-to expert ensuring equipment reliability across the facility.
What you’ll handle
- Conduct routine inspections and execute preventive maintenance on plant machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose and repair issues across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to minimize downtime.
- Document all maintenance actions and repairs with precise, timely records.
- Work side-by-side with teammates to spot process improvements and put practical fixes in place.
- Uphold all safety standards and company policies while performing every task.
- Support the installation and startup of new machines and auxiliary equipment.
- Respond quickly to maintenance tickets and urgent breakdowns.
