Responsibilities- Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team of BCBAs and behavioral therapists to ensure the effective delivery of ABA therapy services.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and oversee their implementation for clients with Autism and intellectual disabilities.
- Conduct regular assessments and progress evaluations to measure the effectiveness of programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Foster a collaborative environment among team members, clients, and their families to facilitate open communication and support.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, ethical guidelines, and company policies in the delivery of services.
- Provide training and mentorship to clinical staff to promote professional growth and development within the team.
- Implement ongoing quality assurance measures to maintain high standards of clinical practice and client satisfaction.
- Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as BCBA with progressive management experience
- Proven experience in developing and implementing ABA treatment plans for diverse populations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, families, and stakeholders effectively.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in the field of ABA and developmental disabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while demonstrating strong leadership skills.
- Competitive pay; Salary Range DOE: $90,000 to $100,000
