This role involves assessing client needs, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and collaborating with families and support staff to achieve positive outcomes. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the community!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to interventions
- Provide training and support to families and case workers
- Maintain detailed records of client treatment and progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for clients
- Stay updated with best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis and contribute to program development
- Complete 25 billable hours/week
- BCBA certification
- Master's degree
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the ABA field
- Fluent in Spanish
- Well-versed in Discrete Trial Training (DTT) with practical experience
- Skilled in conducting assessments
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a broad perspective and excellent decision-making skills
