Your Impact as a BCBA
In this role, you will:
- Lead & Mentor: Hire, train, and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Drive Innovation: Support the development of new programs and strategies
- Demonstrate Clinical Excellence: Conduct assessments and model strong ABA and DTT practices
- Support Families: Provide guidance, compassion, and evidence-based care
- Collaborate: Work closely with our Regional Director and clinical leadership team
- Billable Hours: 10-15 hours per week minimum
Requirements
- Active BCBA Certification
- Master's Degree in ABA or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in ABA
- Strong experience with Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
- Skilled in conducting assessments
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Spanish-speaking preferred, but not required
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus, but all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply

Salary : $83,200 - $93,600
