What is a day in the life of a TikTok Shop Creator LIVE Manager?

Work closely with Social Commerce Managers and Creator Success Managers to understand Pattern brands, product assortments, and merchandising priorities

• Identify and reach out to relevant TikTok Shop creators who are a strong fit for Pattern brands
• Manage creator relationships end-to-end, from first outreach through ongoing collaboration
• Track creator LIVE availability and schedules, and coordinate LIVE dates across creators and brands
• Coordinate product selection and samples with creators, SCMs, and CSMs
• Actively push Creator LIVE opportunities forward so sessions get scheduled and go live
• Provide creators with LIVE strategy, including merchandising, promotional mechanics, and product sequencing, to improve performance and maximize GMV
  
  

What will I need to thrive in this role?

• Experience in TikTok Shop, creator or influencer partnerships, affiliate or social commerce, or LIVE commerce
• Strong outreach and relationship-building skills; comfortable engaging creators professionally and persuasively
• Understanding of LIVE selling, including merchandising, promotional mechanics, and product sequencing
• Excellent organization and follow-through to manage multiple creators, brands, schedules, and sample shipments at once
• Analytical mindset; comfortable using GMV and performance data to guide recommendations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative approach with SCMs, CSMs, and creators

• 30 days: You're up to speed on Pattern's brands, assortments, and merchandising priorities, have met with SCMs and CSMs, and have started identifying and reaching out to relevant creators.
• 60 days: You're actively managing creator relationships, with LIVE schedules, product selections, and samples coordinated for multiple creators.
• 90 days: You're consistently delivering Creator LIVE sessions, providing creators with LIVE strategy, and showing measurable GMV growth from the channel.

• You will work closely with SCMs, CSMs, and the Livestream Manager, and be supervised by Casper Mao. Our team is collaborative, fast-moving, and focused on growing Pattern's brands across channels.
