SCHEDULE: Monday - Saturday (8 hour shifts & various schedules are available)
RATE: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour
Job Description
- Inbound - Offload freight and consolidate (break down/separate by Distribution Center #) manual off loading using manual pallet jack. Most of the freight is palletized, although we also have floor loads.
- Inbound - Sort and palletized mixed freight using a small conveyor, average weight is 25-35 lbs.
- No reworking of freight, no ticketing, no labeling, no packaging.
- General clean up.
- Transporting pallets/freight via manual pallet jack to the outbound lanes (as needed this is mainly done by the forklift operator)
- Outbound – Loading high and tight, assisting FL operators fill in any gaps of trailers being loaded.
Requirements
- Able to lift 25lbs
- Team oriented
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
