We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our internal and external communications, ensuring that our brand message is clear, engaging, and consistent across all platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of communication principles, media relations, and digital marketing strategies.

• Develop and implement strategic communication plans to promote organizational initiatives.
• Craft compelling press releases, articles, and social media content to enhance public engagement.
• Manage media relations and respond to inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews with key stakeholders, including leadership and employees, to gather insights and stories.
• Analyze communication metrics and feedback to continually improve communication strategies.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging across all channels and platforms.

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a communications role, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.
• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design or communication tools is a plus.
