Salary: $800 - $950 per week
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while addressing inquiries and resolving issues. You will work in a fast-paced environment where your ability to communicate effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously will be critical to your success.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.

- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently, escalating where necessary.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
