The Director of First Impressions will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, answering and directing phone calls, managing the reception area, scheduling appointments, and handling general administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
