Role Description
Assistant Facilities Manager (Year-Round, Full-Time)
Pats Peak Ski Area is looking for a motivated and reliable Assistant Facilities Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on role supporting the maintenance and operation of all base area buildings in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Facilities Manager and leadership team with daily operations
- Maintain and repair base area buildings and infrastructure
- Perform snow removal from decks, entrances, and walkways (seasonal)
- Complete light carpentry, plumbing, and minor electrical work
- Support general upkeep and safety of all facilities
- Assist with additional projects and tasks as needed
- Requirements
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance (carpentry, plumbing, electrical)
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
- Comfortable lifting and performing physical tasks
- Ability to climb stairs and work in varying conditions
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong teamwork, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and commitment to great guest service
- Must be at least 18 years old (driver’s license preferred)
