Position: Armed Seasonal Security Supervisor
Patrol Solutions is currently seeking professional Armed Security Supervisors to join our growing team. We are looking for reliable, customer service focused individuals who can interact professionally and respectfully with clients and the public.
Pay:
- Starting pay is $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Weekend availability required
- Schedule to be determined at the time of hire
- Must be able to work holidays and overtime when needed
- Full-Time positions available!
Supervisor applicants must have a minimum of 2 years experience in an Armed Security Supervisor or Armed Site Supervisor position.

Qualifications:
Minimum Licensing Requirements:
- Must possess a current BSIS Guard Card
- Must possess a current BSIS Exposed Firearms Permit
- Must possess two current non-lethal permits (Baton, Taser or Pepper Spray)
- MUST own and maintain your own gear, equipment & firearm
- Must posses a valid California Driver's License with a minimum of three (3) years of a CLEAN driving record
Qualifications, Skills, and Education Requirements:
- Previous armed patrol security experience
- Previous supervisory experience, minimum of 2 years
- Reliable transportation to and from assigned work site
- Ability to read, write and understand and carry out written orders, policies, procedures, and instructions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, outstanding customer service skills, and take the initiative in completing assigned tasks.
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime when required
- Professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients, colleagues and the public
- Able to successfully pass a drug test and background check
Security Professional Responsibilities may include:
- Patrol and maintain general security of assigned property as described in Post Orders / SOP.
- Utilize a smartphone or similar device to maintain a Daily Activity Report, and create Incident and Facility Maintenance Reports.
- Maintain consistent performance, attendance, uniform appearance, and professional grooming.
- Maintain professional communications with clients, colleagues, and the public.
- Respond to emergency calls, including medical, fire, and damage to property.

Security guard tasks include maintaining an awareness of the environment and ensuring the safety of employees and visitors.
