Pay:

Shifts Available
- Monday - Friday 0700-1530
- This site is a permit office in which you must have good customer service experience and be able to stand the full duration of your shift.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
- Must possess a current BSIS Guard Card.
- Must possess a current BSIS Baton Permit.
- Must possess a current BSIS Exposed Firearm License.
- Must possess a current OC / Pepper Spray Certification and canisters
- Must possess your own physical Baton
- Must possess a current CPR / First Aid Certification
- Must own all of your own firearm and gear, the company will not be providing them for you.
- Must have a valid California Driver's License with 3 years minimum of a clean record. No suspensions or revocations from anytime.
Skills and Education Requirements:
- Ability to read, write and understand and carry out written orders, policies, procedures, and instructions.
- Ability to write and understand English clearly without difficulties. (Those who are bilingual or more are strongly encouraged to apply!)
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, outstanding customer service skills, and take the initiative in completing assigned tasks.
- Willing to accept shift work, weekends, holidays, and overtime if needed.
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Able to pass a drug test and background check
Security Professional Responsibilities may include:
- Possess and maintain a valid State Guard Registration (guard card)
- Conduct vehicle/foot patrols alone or with a partner
- Patrol and maintain general security of assigned property as described in Post Orders / Standard Operation Procedures per each site requirement.
- Utilize a smartphone to maintain a Daily Activity Report, and create Incident and Facility Maintenance Reports.
- Maintain consistent performance, attendance, uniform appearance, and professional grooming.
- Maintain professional communications with clients, colleagues, and the public.
- Respond to emergency calls, including medical, fire, and damage to property.
- Ability to jump into action to de-escalate situations without hesitation.
- Ability to conduct clear communication with all people including police when necessary.
- Ability to stand, stoop, walk throughout your shift without accommodations.
Work Location: One location, this is not a remote work position.
