Patrol Solutions is seeking a professional, dedicated, and observant Security Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors across assigned facilities. This position requires proactive surveillance, prompt response to incidents, and adherence to company security protocols.

Pay:

• Starting pay $24.00 - $24.50 per hour

Patrol Solutions is a growing Security Team, come join us! We are currently hiring Security Professionals in the Alhambra, CA area. We are offering immediate positions, flexibility, and excellent competitive pay. We are looking for customer service oriented, friendly staff, willing to engage in a tactful and courteous manner with clients and patrons.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

• Must possess a current BSIS Guard Card.
• Must possess a current BSIS Baton Permit.
• Must possess a current BSIS Exposed Firearm License.
• Must possess a current OC / Pepper Spray Certification and canisters
• Must possess your own physical Baton
• Must possess a current CPR / First Aid Certification
• Must own all of your own firearm and gear, the company will not be providing them for you.

Skills and Education Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience as an Armed Security Officer
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a High Rise Security environment
• Valid California Driver's License with 3 years of a clean record. (Must not have any suspensions or revocations from anytime.)
• Own your own firearm and gear (The company will not be providing it for you.)
• Ability to read, write and understand and carry out written orders, policies, procedures, and instructions.
• Ability to write and understand English clearly without difficulties. (Those who are bilingual or more are strongly encouraged to apply!)
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, outstanding customer service skills, and take the initiative in completing assigned tasks.
• Willing to accept shift work, weekends, holidays, and overtime if needed.
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Able to pass a drug test and background check

Security Professional Responsibilities may include:

• Possess and maintain a valid State Guard Registration (guard card)
• Conduct vehicle/foot patrols alone or with a partner
• Patrol and maintain general security of assigned property as described in Post Orders / Standard Operation Procedures per each site requirement.
• Utilize a smartphone to maintain a Daily Activity Report, and create Incident and Facility Maintenance Reports.
• Maintain consistent performance, attendance, uniform appearance, and professional grooming.
• Maintain professional communications with clients, colleagues, and the public.
• Respond to emergency calls, including medical, fire, and damage to property.
• Ability to jump into action to de-escalate situations without hesitation.
• Ability to conduct clear communication with all people including police when necessary.
• Ability to stand, stoop, walk throughout your shift without accommodations.

Work Location: One location, this is not a remote work position.
