🕒 Flexible Scheduling

This is a Flex Officer position, meaning you must be available to work different shifts as needed.

Available shifts may include:

• Day, Swing or Graveyard Shifts

• Must be able to work weekends and holidays

• Driving and non-driving posts

✅ Minimum Qualifications

To be considered, candidates must have:

• Current BSIS Guard Card

• BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit

• Two non-lethal permits (Baton, Pepper Spray, or Taser)

• Personal firearm and required duty gear (vest, holsters, etc.)

• Valid California Driver’s License with 3 years clean driving record, including no suspensions or revocations from anytime

• Minimum 1 year experience as an Armed Security Officer

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

🛡 Key Responsibilities

As an Armed Security Professional, you will:

• Conduct foot patrols or vehicle patrols and property inspections

• Maintain the security of assigned locations per Post Orders and SOPs

• Monitor and respond to security incidents and emergencies

• Write Daily Activity Reports, Incident Reports, and Maintenance Reports using a smartphone or similar device

• Maintain professional communication with clients, coworkers, and the public

• Respond to emergency situations including medical incidents, fire, and property damage

• Maintain proper timesheets for each shift you work

• Maintain consistent attendance, professional appearance, and uniform standards

This role requires officers to stay alert, observant, and physically active while ensuring a safe environment for employees, residents, and visitors.
