The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast paced, high volume kitchen while maintaining consistency, cleanliness, and attention to detail. We are looking for someone passionate about cooking, organized under pressure, and committed to delivering quality dishes every service.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an Italian restaurant kitchen
• Strong experience working pasta and sauté stations
• Knowledge of traditional Italian cooking techniques
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy service
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
