Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for sales transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, provide product demos, and suggest upselling opportunities to enhance their shopping experience.
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising and stocking practices.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate visitors about new or featured items, encouraging sales and engagement.
- Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock, restocking shelves, and assisting with inventory counts.
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely, ensuring clear communication at all times.
Requirements
- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a customer-first mindset are essential.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills to process transactions accurately.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with diverse visitors and team members.
