Available Schedules:
- Full Time 6:00 AM- 2:30 PM
- Full-Time / Part-Time: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Position Summary:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Patriot Village, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, resident-centered care. You will support residents with daily living activities while helping to maintain a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical, emotional, and mental condition
- Take and record vital signs accurately
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Support meal service and ensure residents’ nutritional needs are met
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team
- Promote a positive and respectful atmosphere for residents and their families
Qualifications:
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care
