ERP Program Leadership
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, including planning, execution, and stabilization phases
- Coordinate across business, IT, and third-party partners to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Oversee key lifecycle activities including workshops, design validation, testing, and deployment readiness
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resourcing
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure successful execution
- Serve as primary point of contact for executive sponsors and project stakeholders
- Provide consistent communication on status, risks, and key decisions
- Drive cross-functional alignment and resolve issues proactively
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Develop mitigation strategies and ensure timely resolution
- Escalate critical concerns to leadership as appropriate
- Oversee daily project execution in alignment with established methodologies and governance
- Ensure quality across all phases including design, build, testing, and deployment
- Drive accountability to meet milestones and deliverables
- Manage project financials including budget tracking and forecasting
- Ensure effective allocation and utilization of resources
- Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with enterprise architecture
- Support decision-making related to system design, integrations, and data strategy
Must Have
- 5 years of experience leading large-scale ERP implementation projects
- Experience managing complex programs with cross-functional stakeholders and external partners
- Strong understanding of ERP project lifecycles and implementation methodologies
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps)
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets, timelines, risks, and resources
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-visibility environments
- Experience with global ERP deployments or compliance solutions
- Background in ERP transformation or system migration initiatives
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile)
- Experience with data migration, testing strategy, or change management
- Industry experience in logistics, transportation, or similar sectors
