Key Responsibilities
- Partner with product managers and engineers to support delivery of new features and enhancements
- Assist in gathering and documenting business and user requirements
- Translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable work items (user stories, tickets, etc.)
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination
- Analyze user feedback, product usage, and basic performance metrics
- Help ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution
- Support cross-functional communication across product, engineering, and business teams
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of professional experience (internships full-time combined is fine)
- Exposure to product management, agile environments, or technical projects
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field
