- 100% Nationwide Travel: Candidates must be willing and able to travel continuously to various states within our 33-state footprint.
- Guaranteed Per Diem: To support our traveling team, we provide a guaranteed 7 days per week per diem covering hotel and meals, regardless of the weekend work schedule.
- Operate and maintain conventional surveying equipment, including Total Stations, Levels, and Data Collectors.
- Execute specific, field-related assignments under the direction of a Survey Crew Chief.
- Apply standard surveying practices, accurately collect field data, and maintain detailed, proper field notes.
- Assist the Crew Chief in recognizing and resolving discrepancies in results.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all survey equipment, equipment rooms, and company vehicles.
- Follow all company QA/QC procedures and safety standards.
Candidates must be able to meet the following physical requirements:
- Frequent standing, walking, and hiking on rough, uneven terrain (e.g., construction sites, steep hills, wooded areas) for extended periods.
- Ability to frequently lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in all weather conditions.
- Requires good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for operating precision equipment.
- Strict Requirement: Ability and willingness to travel 100% of the time to various states (East Coast to Texas).
- Prior experience operating conventional survey equipment is highly preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Mandatory: Valid driver's license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and comprehensive background check including a 7-year criminal history check.
