Full Job Description 
We are seeking a licensed, motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role blends new business development, cross-selling, retention, and client relationship management. You’ll engage both new prospects and existing clients, ensuring they have the coverage they need while contributing to the agency’s long-term growth.
 
Responsibilities
• Engage with clients by phone, in person, and through digital channels to understand their insurance needs.
• Proactively reach out to existing clients for policy reviews, cross-sells, and retention opportunities.
• Contact potential clients through outbound calls, referrals, and partnerships to generate new business.
• Re-engage former clients with competitive win-back solutions.
• Educate clients on insurance products (auto, home, renters, life, umbrella, commercial, etc.) and provide personalized recommendations.
• Guide clients through the quoting process, handle objections, and confidently close sales.
• Maintain accurate records, track leads, and follow up consistently using agency systems.
• Partner with the service team to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to agency growth.
 
Qualifications
• Active Property & Casualty License (required); Life & Health license a plus.
• 1–2 years of insurance or sales experience (preferred).
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable making outbound calls.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Must live in the United States.
 
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary $40,000–$45,000 depending on experience plus uncapped commission.

Engagement terms: 
·        Location: Monroe Township, NJ 08831
·        Compensation: Base salary $40k–$45k with benefits plus uncapped commission.
·        2 stage interview – MS Teams/Video followed by onsite interview.
·        Must pass standard background investigation & drug screening
