Job Purpose:
- The Security Officer at Brewery Park, under the employment of Patriot Security Enterprises LLC, is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises, personnel, and visitors. The role involves maintaining a secure environment by monitoring and patrolling the area, responding to incidents, and enforcing security protocols to prevent and address any potential threats or breaches.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of the Brewery Park premises to monitor for any unusual or suspicious activities.
- Implement and enforce security protocols and procedures to safeguard the property and its occupants.
- Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, ensuring appropriate actions are taken to mitigate risks.
- Monitor security systems, including surveillance cameras and access control systems, to ensure continuous observation of the site.
- Provide assistance and guidance to visitors and employees, ensuring compliance with security policies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and any security breaches.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary to ensure a coordinated response to incidents.
- Conduct regular inspections of security equipment and systems to ensure they are functioning correctly and report any malfunctions.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay updated on security practices and protocols.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times, representing Patriot Security Enterprises LLC with integrity and respect.

Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Required Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security role, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment with a focus on customer service.

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong observational skills with the ability to identify and address potential security risks.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with management, staff, and external parties.
- Proficiency in using security equipment and technology, including surveillance systems and access control systems.
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in emergency situations.
- Demonstrated ability to follow detailed protocols and procedures to ensure safety and security.
- Physical fitness to perform patrolling duties and respond swiftly to incidents.
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate security vehicles as needed.
