All American Masonry is looking for a dependable, hardworking Masonry Laborer / Mason Tender to join our growing team.
This is a physically demanding outdoor construction job. If you enjoy working with your hands, being part of a skilled crew, and learning a trade with long-term opportunities, we'd like to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
A masonry tender is responsible for keeping our masons productive throughout the day by:
- Mixing mortar and grout.
- Supplying bricks, blocks, stone, and other materials to the masons.
- Cutting masonry materials when needed.
- Setting up and cleaning the job site.
- Loading and unloading trucks.
- Building and dismantling scaffolding.
- Operating wheelbarrows, mixers, and basic power tools.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Assisting with demolition and site preparation.
- Performing other general construction labor as needed.
This position is essential to every project. A good masonry tender keeps the entire crew moving efficiently.
What We're Looking For
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to lift 50-100 pounds repeatedly.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
- Construction or masonry experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.
