Guest Room Attendant (Housekeeper)

Job Summary:

• Excellent per Guest Room Pay, EARN Full Time Pay in Part Time hours,
• Training provided,
• Primarily responsible for full cleanliness of Guest Rooms according to Resort Gold Crown Standards.
• Responsible for cleaning full and medium size Suites, full and half kitchens, living and dining areas, changes bed linens, bathroom-tubs, showers, flooring-sweep, vacuum and mop wet areas,
• Performs periodic deep cleaning of Guest Rooms, including specific seasonal projects,
• All cleaning supplies and tools are provided,
• Fast paced work environment in order to turn over Guest rooms in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Hotel/Resort experience preferred, but not necessary, will train
• Detailed and Customer service oriented
• Must be able to be on feet for long periods of time, extensive walking, walk up/down stairs, bending and occasional lifting of up to 20-35 lbs.
• Bi-Lingual English/Spanish is a plus, not necessary, be able to speak basic English with Guests
• Adheres to Company standards for Guest/Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and comfort.
• Perform floor care duties, including vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously, demonstrating excellent hospitality skills.
• Collaborate with housekeeping management to uphold hotel standards and procedures.
• Utilize bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish to enhance guest interactions and satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations while performing janitorial and custodial tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
