Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of pools, including skimming debris, vacuuming, brushing walls and floors to maintain optimal water clarity and hygiene
• Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and plumbing systems using hand tools and power tools
• Balance pool chemistry by handling water treatment chemicals safely and accurately to ensure safe swimming conditions
• Inspect pool plumbing systems for leaks or malfunctions; repair or replace components as needed to maintain system integrity
• Conduct preventive maintenance on pool equipment to extend lifespan and ensure efficient operation
• Operate company vehicles responsibly while transporting tools and equipment to various job sites
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about maintenance needs or repairs required

Requirements

• Proven experience with pool maintenance, cleaning, and equipment troubleshooting in aquatic facilities or similar outdoor environments
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to pool plumbing systems and equipment repair techniques
• Ability to handle water treatment chemicals safely and accurately while maintaining proper chemical balance in pools
• Familiarity with pool chemistry balancing procedures to ensure water quality standards are met
• Experience operating hand tools and power tools for equipment repair and maintenance tasks
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; comfortable operating a company vehicle responsibly
• Outdoor work experience preferred; ability to work in various weather conditions while maintaining safety protocols

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
