What are the responsibilities and job description for the Now Hiring- Service Plumber position at Patriot Plumbing LLC?
Patriot Plumbing is a growing residential and commercial service plumbing company serving The Texas Hill Country, San Antonio and all surrounding areas. We're looking for a motivated, licensed Service Plumber who takes pride in their craft, represents the company professionally, and wants to be part of a team that does things the right way.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Perform residential service calls: diagnostics, repairs, and installs
- Water softener and whole-home filtration installs and service
- Water heater replacements (tank and tankless)
- Fixture replacements, drain cleaning, and leak repair
- Coordinate effectively and respectfully with office and dispatch
- Communicate professionally with customers and document jobs in Housecall Pro
- Represent Patriot Plumbing with integrity on every call
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Texas Journeyman or above Plumbing License (required — no exceptions)
- Clean DMV / Motor Vehicle Record (MVR check required)
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Minimum 2 years of residential service plumbing experience
- Physically able to perform the demands of the job (lifting, confined spaces, outdoor work etc)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in both residential & commercial service
- Familiarity with Housecall Pro or similar field service software
- Ability to work independently and mange time properly
- Strong customer communication skills — you're often the face of the company
