What you will do:
- Provide quality patient care with compassion and professionalism
- Administer care within LVN/LPN scope of practice
- Support patients with treatment and daily care needs
- Work closely with nurses, staff, and facility teams
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
- Follow infection control and facility policies
- Communicate clearly with staff, patients, and families
Requirements to get started:

Required documents and credentials:
- Active Driver’s License
- Social Security Card
- Active LVN/LPN License
- Active BLS/CPR
- Active TB
- Active Flu shot, or signed declination
- Shot records for:
- MMR
- TDaP
- Varicella
- Hep B
- Covid Card
- Employee Orientation
- Job Description
- Competency Checklist
- Drug Screen
Missing documents or shots?
If you are missing any vaccines or similar items, please reach back out to us. We may have a declination or exemption form for you to sign.
How to pick up shifts:
Once your documents are uploaded, you can begin selecting shifts in the NextCrew app.
- Open the NextCrew app and sign in
- Click the three lines at the top and go to Jobs
- Select the shifts you want and click Interested
- We will confirm with you before finalizing the shift
- Simply reply Yes or No when asked
Payroll information:
- Pay period runs Sunday through Saturday
- Pay is issued the following Wednesday
- Immediate pay becomes available after your first paycheck with us
