What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Staff position at Patriot Parking Inc?
Full time position available which entails performing a wide range of responsibilities. The primary function of this position will be to maintain parking facilities and related equipment. Personnel will help with the installation, repair and upkeep of employers' properties, including but not limited to garbage removal, landscaping, painting and drywall repair to more complex activities like electrical, heating and air-conditioning work, concrete and asphalt repair, snow removal, and plumbing. Ability to multitask and trouble-shoot a must. Due to the nature of the parking industry, position may work varying schedules to reflect the business needs.
