Responsibilities:
- • Support the Operations Manager with administrative duties
- • Assist with billing processes, data entry, and routine auditing
- • Manage incoming calls professionally and efficiently
- • Coordinate schedules for employees and providers
- • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Ideal Candidate:
- • Previous experience in medical administration (preferred, but training provided!)
- • Comfortable with billing processes and accurate data entry
- • Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- • Capable of multitasking and managing responsibilities effectively

Our comprehensive team of professionals has years of experience in Geriatrics, Pain Management, Alternative Medical Treatments, Surgical and Wound care. Generally, the patient is assigned a medical team, which comes up with a treatment plan. Our physicians work closely with medical professionals such as physical and occupational therapists, speech and language pathologists, dietitians, nursing teams, and social workers to provide you with specialized care targeted at your unique problems.
Salary : $17 - $20
