This is a dynamic support role designed to help bridge the transition between EMR platforms and ensure accurate and compliant billing. You’ll work closely with providers and our third-party billing company to cross-reference ICD-10 and CPT codes, identify and correct documentation discrepancies, and track billing statuses in Healthpac. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both clinical documentation and backend operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cross-reference clinical notes, ICD-10, and CPT codes to ensure accuracy and billing compliance.
- Export patient visit data from the EMR into daily encounter reports for review.
- Assist in identifying and resolving coding discrepancies or missing documentation.
- Support EMR cleanup, code mapping, and workflow optimization during and after implementation.
- Track claims and EOBs in Healthpac and coordinate with third-party billing teams.
- Maintain organized documentation logs and audit trails.
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of ICD-10, CPT coding, and healthcare billing (training provided).
- Familiarity with EMR systems and Excel strongly preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to learn and grow with a forward-thinking medical practice.
