Overview

Duties
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Conduct inspections/consultations to assess the clients needs and present tailored solutions.
- Educate clients on products, processes and the solutions you have for them.
- Prepare and present estimates, contracts, and financing options to customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain relationships to secure future business.
- Collaborate with managers and to ensure company and customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
Qualifications
- Previous experience in door to door sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and guide them through the sales process.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable with heights and light field-based work.
- Basic knowledge of roofing, siding, gutters, and windows is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
