Responsibilities
Help our clients meet their needs by:- Follow the instructions and the established plan of care created for each patient.
- Maintaining or assisting with light housekeeping.
- Assisting as needed with personal hygiene.
- Helping to prepare meals.
- Helping with medication reminders.
- Driving clients to appointments.
- Assisting as needed to help maintain healthy independent lifestyles.
Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who:- Are willing to learn and adhere to all policies, laws and regulations.
- Are at least 18 years of age.
- Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet patient needs.
- Ability to address and respond to all patient situations.
- Passion to deliver exceptional, comprehensive care to patients in their homes.
