Þ Compensation
Base salary commission. Total
compensation: $60k - $80k per year (base commissions).

- Marketing
all of our contracted properties and coordinating with interested
investors to see the property.
- Coordinating,
scheduling and being present at inspections, appraisals, and walkthroughs,
coordinating anything else necessary to close the transaction smoothly.
- Assertive,
persistent, follow-up on all offers made to facilitate the sale.
- Work
with the entire team, utilize tools and analytics to guide pricing
strategy to maximize profitable growth.
- Constant
monitoring of available properties, and status along the sales process.
- Be
able to analyze and evaluate information about properties, funds and
investors.
- Learn
proactively about current buyers wants and needs.
- Develop
and maintain strong business relationships with clients, investors and
potential buyers for maximum results and revenue for the company.
- Communicating
with investors/investment companies actively purchasing in the Atlanta, GA
area to continuously build our investor buyer list.
o Learn, love and live in our sales and CRM
systems.
o Set and meet performance goals as
established by our leadership team.
o Embody the culture daily and grow within
the team.
o All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Assertive,
personable, communicative, and outgoing attitude.
o Must be extremely detail-oriented and
have the ability to manage multiple property listings.
o Successfully overcome objections.
o Highly effective communication and
negotiation skills.
o Honest and hardworking with a desire to
contribute to an always evolving and improving company culture.
o Strong interpersonal skills to
effectively and sensitively communicate, with phenomenal in-person
communication skills.
o Highly competitive and results-driven
personality.
o Zoho CRM experience is a plus!
o Real Estate experience is a plus!
