Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse located in Gaffney, SC or surrounding areas. The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care, monitor patient health, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Responsibilities include performing assessments, educating patients and their families about health conditions and care plans, and maintaining detailed medical records to ensure high-quality care.
Qualifications
- Proficiency monitoring patient health, and providing direct patient care
- Experience in conducting patient assessments and developing personalized care plans
- Strong communication skills for educating patients and their families about health conditions and care plans
- Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping abilities
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team-based environment
- Experience in hospice or palliative care is a plus
- Commitment to holistic and compassionate patient care
