Position Overview:
As ADON, you’ll work closely with the Director of Nursing to lead and support the nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Support daily clinical operations and staff supervision
Assist with staff training, evaluations, and mentorship
Participate in quality assurance and infection control programs
Help ensure regulatory and policy compliance
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on care planning and outcomes
Step into leadership in the absence of the DON
What We’re Looking For:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee (required)
2 years of nursing experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
Leadership experience preferred (ADON, Unit Manager, etc.)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Passion for team-building and delivering person-centered care
