Overview
Join Patriot Fiber Solutions, LLC as a Small Cell Tower Technician and help expand next-generation wireless infrastructure. This is a primarily aerial, hands-on field role focused on installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting small cell sites for 5G, 4G/LTE, and related networks. You will work outdoors in varied conditions, climb structures, operate from bucket trucks, and contribute to a strong safety-and-teamwork culture.

Responsibilities
- Install, assemble, and maintain small cell towers, antennas, and related equipment according to blueprints and industry standards.
- Perform RF testing, fiber splicing, and cabling to ensure reliable network performance.
- Climb towers and work at heights using proper fall-protection gear; operate bucket trucks and rigging equipment.
- Conduct high-angle rescue when required and strictly follow OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot low-voltage, high-voltage, and telecom issues; document all work accurately.
Requirements
- Experience as a cell tower technician or similar outdoor telecom field role.
- Solid knowledge of antenna/tower climbing, cabling, RF testing, fiber splicing, and tower safety procedures.
- Familiarity with test equipment (voltmeters, RF analyzers, Anritsu Site Master for Line Sweep, Kaelus or equivalent for PIM).
- Ability to safely operate bucket trucks and work at heights; high-angle rescue experience a plus.
- Construction background with blueprint reading and OSHA compliance preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a demonstrated commitment to safety.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
