Inbound Life Insurance Sales Representative
Location: Nashua, NH (Applicants must live within 40 miles)

What You'll Do
- Answer approximately 12–17 inbound calls each day.
- Help clients review their current life insurance coverage.
- Recommend better coverage options based on each client's needs.
- Educate clients on available products and carriers.
- Build trust and provide outstanding customer service.
- Meet individual sales goals while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Use company software to manage client information and applications.
What We're Looking For
- Sales experience is preferred (insurance experience is a plus, but not required).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Must be willing to commute to our Nashua, NH office.
- Willing to obtain a Life Insurance License (licensing assistance provided).
Compensation & Benefits
- 1099 Independent Contractor position
- Uncapped commissions
- First-year earning potential: $80,000–$250,000
- Average agents earn approximately $9,500 per month
- Top-performing agents earn $18,000 per month
