Role Description
We are seeking an Inbound Insurance Sales Agent for our Nashua, NH location. This is a full-time, on-site role. The position involves managing inbound sales leads, providing excellent customer service, offering tailored insurance solutions, and achieving sales targets. As a key point of contact, you will help clients understand our offerings, assess their needs, and match them with appropriate insurance products.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Insurance Sales and Sales with a results-oriented approach
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
- Active insurance license in applicable lines (preferred or required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales platforms
