Responsibilities
- Complete general repairs: carpentry, light electrical, light plumbing, overhead door repairs, interior/exterior maintenance, minor concrete/parking lot repairs
- Communicate with site contacts at arrival and departure
- Capture before/after photos (min. 5 completion photos per job)
- Track materials; return excess within 48 hours
- Submit documentation, signoffs, and photos via Zoho CRM/FSM
- Notify Field Manager immediately if work is incomplete
- Respond to QC rework within 24 hours
Requirements
Required
- 3 years in general maintenance/skilled trades
- Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
- Reliable vehicle (7 years or newer) — monthly vehicle stipend provided
- Smartphone proficiency (Zoho CRM/FSM app)
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work indoors/outdoors
Preferred
- Commercial facilities maintenance experience
- Experience with Zoho CRM/FSM or similar work-order platforms
- Multi-trade familiarity
