We’re currently seeking skilled team members to help us grow:
Asphalt Laborers
Foremen
Equipment Operator
You’ll work on all phases of asphalt paving projects, including prep, grading, raking, shoveling, and finish work. We need dedicated crew members who aren’t afraid of physical work and know how to keep a jobsite productive and clean.
Responsibilities include:
- Raking, shoveling, and compacting asphalt materials
- Assisting operators and foremen with daily project setup and cleanup
- Luting, sealing, and hand-tamping edges for a quality finish
- Working safely around heavy equipment and hot mix materials
- Following directions and maintaining a strong pace
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of asphalt or construction experience preferred
- Must be reliable, hardworking, and punctual
- Ability to work outdoors in various conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
- Willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment
Asphalt Equipment Operators
We’re also seeking experienced operators for paving and excavation equipment who take care of their machines and take pride in their work.
Typical equipment includes:
- Pavers
- Rollers (breakdown, finish)
- Skid steers and loaders
- Excavators / backhoes
- Dump trucks (if CDL qualified)
Responsibilities include:
- Safely operating paving or earthwork machinery on active jobsites
- Assisting in crew setup and project execution
- Performing daily equipment checks and basic maintenance
- Working closely with foremen and laborers to ensure high-quality paving
- Maintaining production goals and site safety standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–3 years of asphalt paving or heavy equipment experience required
- Knowledge of paving grades, compaction, and quality control
- CDL license a plus (higher pay rate available)
- Must work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
