NOW HIRING: MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

looking to add a dependable Maintenance Technician to our team! We manage multiple apartment communities in the area and are open to applicants with a range of experience — from a skilled handyman/general maintenance technician to someone with more advanced HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or appliance repair knowledge.
At a minimum, we're looking for someone who is comfortable with basic maintenance and repairs, including:
- Patching holes and performing minor drywall repairs
- Basic handyman work and general property repairs
- Troubleshooting common maintenance issues
- Using basic hand and power tools
- Completing maintenance calls in occupied apartments and working professionally around tenants

Even better if you have experience with:
- plumbing
- Appliance troubleshooting and repair
- HVAC maintenance and repair
- Light electrical work
- Carpentry, doors, locks, trim, etc.
willing to consider different skill levels and will base compensation on your knowledge, experience, and capabilities. Someone with strong general handyman skills may be a great fit, while an applicant who can independently handle more advanced maintenance will qualify for a higher pay range.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional and respectful when working in tenants' homes
- Able to perform the physical duties associated with property maintenance
