Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients. In this role, you will manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for all AVW customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Address and resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Process service requests and coordinate with internal teams to fulfill customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide information about AVW’s services, policies, and procedures.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to existing customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or service-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the waste management industry is a plus.
