What are the responsibilities and job description for the Selective Demolition Worker position at Patriot Demolition?
Patriot Demolition is seeking skilled demolition workers with prior experience in construction and/or demolition. This is not an entry-level position—applicants must already have the knowledge and ability to safely and efficiently perform demolition tasks with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in demolition and/or construction work
- Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and specialty equipment
- Strong understanding of job site safety practices. PPE required on all sites.
- Must be drug-free
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Opportunity to move up to equipment operator.
Responsibilities:
- Perform interior demolition including removal of walls, flooring, ceiling systems, doors, and other building components/finishes
- Safely use basic hand tools and power tools
- Operate specialty equipment such as flooring scrapers, floor grinders, torches, cut-off saws, and mini skid steers
- Transport demo material to dumpsters or machines.
- Follow all safety protocols and job site procedures
- Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
Pay & Benefits:
- Pay based on experience
- 40 hours per week. Most weeks have 10-15 hours of overtime.

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45.0 – 55.0 per week
