What You'll Do

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
• Build relationships and earn customer trust
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle solutions
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Present vehicle features, benefits, and technology
• Follow up with customers through phone, text, email, and in-person communication
• Maintain accurate customer information and activity in the CRM
• Work closely with management and finance teams to ensure a smooth delivery process
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience before, during, and after the sale
• Participate in dealership training and sales meetings

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to build rapport and develop long-term customer relationships
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Automotive experience is a plus, but not required
• Valid driver's license
