Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and presented to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction will play a vital role in enhancing our clients' experience. This position can be paid out hourly, salary or flat rate depending on the cadidate.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including vacuuming, washing, waxing, and buffing surfaces.
- Apply custodial skills to maintain cleanliness in the detailing area and ensure all tools and equipment are organized.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences regarding vehicle detailing.
- Drive vehicles as necessary for service delivery or repositioning within the facility.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive detailing or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness and quality work.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Familiarity with car wash techniques and products used in the detailing process.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting equipment and standing for extended periods.
- A valid driver’s license is required for driving vehicles during the detailing process.
- Knowledge of buffing techniques and custodial practices is a plus.
