Patriot Crew is a fast-growing patriotic apparel brand looking for Warehouse Associates to join our team.
We’re hiring team members who take pride in doing things right, move with urgency, and show up consistently.
We currently host weekly on-site group interviews (roundabout format) as we continue to grow our warehouse team.
What You’ll Do
- Pick and pack retail & wholesale orders
- Prepare inventory for trade shows and retail shipments
- Receive and organize incoming inventory
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse space
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments
- Perform inventory counts
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong work ethic
- Detail-oriented
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Team-oriented and accountable
- Warehouse experience preferred (not required)

Schedule
- Full-time and part-time positions available
- Weekday availability preferred
- Overtime is offered during peak business seasons, flexibility is required but we will work with you if anything comes up or you are unable to commit to over time and flexibility for any reason.
- Additional overtime may be offered during slower seasons as needed
- This role requires adaptability during high-volume periods.
Compensation & Benefits
- $18 per hour (Part-Time)
- $19 per hour (Full-Time)
