JOB DESCRIPTIONPatriot Construction, Inc. is looking for a Quality Control Manager to support onsite teams managing ongoing projects.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing scoping documents, instructions to bidders and soliciting proposals from Subcontractors.Assist in coordinating & managing onsite subcontractors.Assist in coordinating RFI & submittal review process.Assist in coordinating field issues between subcontractors and design professionals.Update & distribute documents within the project management software.Assist in coordinating construction activities and communicating to project stakeholders.Participate in the project weekly meetings.Assist in the preparation and execution of the project closeout process.QualificationsGeneral knowledge of construction principles and building systems.Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office Applications, Microsoft Project, Excel and ProcoreLooking for a fast learner.Must be very organized and can work with less supervisionEngineering Degree.Schedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayCompany DescriptionGeneral Contractor specializing in Federal Government Projects. Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
