Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Project Estimator, with an emphasis on structural steel construction. Located on-site in Zanesville, OH. The Project Estimator will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, managing project budgets, and collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate project estimations. Daily tasks will include analyzing project requirements, creating detailed cost reports, and communicating with project managers to ensure adherence to budgets and timelines.
Qualifications
- Cost Management, Budgeting, and Project Estimation skills
- 3-5 Years Experience in Construction Estimating
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in project estimation software and Microsoft Office
- Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is a plus
