What You'll Do
As a Service Advisor, you'll serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and service department.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet customers and provide a world-class service experience
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle needs
- Communicate recommended maintenance and repair services
- Utilize digital vehicle inspections and technician videos to educate customers
- Coordinate repairs with technicians and parts personnel
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Schedule appointments and manage workflow efficiently
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction
- Build long-term relationships that create loyal customers for life
What We're Looking For:
- Automotive service advisor experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to explain technical information in simple terms
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Computer proficiency and willingness to learn dealership software
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
