Territory: Summit County (may travel to Portage and Medina counties)
Schedule: Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Productivity: 3 Admissions per day

As an Admission RN, you will:
- Have coordination of total patient care
- Evaluate the effectiveness of nursing service to the patient and family
- Prepare and present patient's record to the Clinical Record Review Committee as indicated
- Participate in the patient's plan of care during the admission process
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
- Must be licensed in the State as a Registered Nurse
- One or more years of experience in community/home health agency or hospital preferred
- Must have knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid guidelines
- Must have a criminal background check
- Must have a current CPR certification
Job Conditions:
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to access patients' homes, which may not be wheelchair accessible.
- Sufficient hearing, eyesight, and physical dexterity for patient assessments and care
- Standard nursing activities that include walking, sitting, stooping, standing, and varying lifting/moving/turning of patients
